Project management and Planning

Project management:-

       We all discussed with Pradnya mam & Jyoti mam about the problems & we note it down.

        we all 4 student and our teacher decided surveys places. We distributed work among all four of us by using following methods.

       we have seperated all the garbage into decomposible and not composible . We worked on the project for 15 days. we find out how many kilograms the garbage was collected.then we decided all the possible uses from the plastic garbage.

   

       today we did the survey of to collect the plastic bottles from the computer department of IISER, we got too many plastic bottles and we decided to prepare the tree guard and we did it.
